POW MIA VETERANS COIN

This POW MIA Veterans Biker Coin is the First in a Series of Coins that are being created by Cripple Creek Mint of Colorado. The Sterling Silver Coins are hand designed in the memory, honor and dedication of our American POW MIA Veterans.

The Coins high relief detail is a reflection of the hand crafted model which is then cast in solid Sterling Silver. This particular Veterans POW MIA Mold only produced 8 castings for the year 2010 and the mold was destroyed. Cripple Creek Mint is creating a new version for this series in the year 2011.

The Diameter is just over 1 1/2 inches; the Thickness is 1/8th of an inch. The weight of this Silver Coin is just under an ounce.

Featured on the front side of The Veterans POW MIA silver coin are the letters POW MIA which are placed just above The American Eagle with out-stretched wing and talons full-on.

Featured on the opposite side of this Solid Sterling silver coin is a Group of Bikers that are pictured riding along side one another on their way thru Colorado on Rt 67 which leads to Cripple Creek where they will join their fellow bikers and Bike clubs for their annual bikers event.

This Coin makes a perfect keep sake.
